My 17-year-old daughter went here for a special day. They RUINED her long thick blond hair. Totally ruined!!! The ""stylist"" grabbed the wrong scissors and instead of thinning, they cut a huge hunk of hair off on top - leaving only about a 3"" stub. It's HORRIBLE. They said ""People make mistakes."" No apologies, no compensation - not even a refund of my Groupon. This is a horrible salon. AVOID it at all costs. I'm notifying Groupon and everyone I know. They should be out of business. (Did I mention the ""stylist"" is still working there?) Good grief.
