I have been taking my dogs to Morrisville for at least 20 years. I find Dr. Donna Hughes to be the best and most qualified. She has vast experience and even told me about a drug for my one dog that was in the FDA process which extended my dogs life for almost two years. He passed at sixteen from heart disease. I always receive follow phone calls, and the doctors try to calm your fears and have many times cried along with us when the time came for my animals to go to dog heaven. The doctors mostly come from the University of Penn, so you can ask for better educated doctors. As for the front desk, it can improve. Melanie is the best at the front desk, she has been there for years. There is one or two at the front desk that are not the friendliest but they are doing their best. It gets pretty hectic there. As for the emergency clinic, they are actually doing one a favor by recommending people to VSEC Emergency because they have specialists there and are a 24 hour clinic.
