We have been using Colwell Pest Control for over two years for our home and absolutely love them! Yes, we are on the yearly plan and I am more than please with having this type of maintenance through-out the year due to the different seasons. They are always courteous and usually will call to let us know when they will be stopping by for service. They go above and beyond what that annual contract includes and I always have the same exterminator service our home which is nice because he know the problem areas, etc. It has allowed our very old 1800's home to stay rather pest free. Great company which is why I gave it 5 stars.
