Very rude over the phone. I called there to ask a question, and a woman answered the phone. I asked her did they have any kind of specials for first time pet visits. She was very nasty and curt saying "No". Then later I saw a coupon on the internet and called back to inquire about it. The coupon clearly states that it's for Banfeild. She was very nasty again and said "We don't take those" . She didn't say why or offer any kind of assistance to show she welcomes new customers. Even if they did take the coupon, I wouldn't take my pet there. If this is the uncaring attitude they have I don't want them caring for my pet. I see why the other reviews are bad.
