I had a wonderful experience with Robert when he came to my house. We were on vacation and my two kitten's were stuck in my daughter's bedroom and clawed up all her carpet by her front bedroom door.
I also had three bleach stains in her room as well which, I had covered by a area rug.
Robert and his partner came in very friendly and professionally and made me feel so at ease.
