One day I looked down and realized the rug was filthy and I wanted it cleaned, soon, realizing what had been ground into it,. I called these guys and the customer service agent called me back and promised expedited handling. The guy came out and gave me a very reasonable quote, no pressure, though he did look at the rug ahd say ""that really does need to be cleaned."" Came back to day looking like a brand new rug.
