The ""bill and payment"" service here is completely aweful. I had a service done here and although I had my insurance card they said they couldn't verify because it was a Saturday. I paid 1,000.00+ out of pocket for a crown and have yet to be reimbursted (for over 2 months now) for what the insurance eventually covered. I've called twice and the only response I have been given is that the office is closed. I guess M-F they are closed and on the weekends they accept patients so they can collect double payment. I will NEVER come here again!!!
