I have been waiting almost 14 months for Sun Valley to complete an engine overhaul for my 1968 Ford Mustang. I started the repair July of 2010 so my daughter could drive the car to school junior year. She is starting her senior year this August 2011 and it is still not done. They have continually failed to communicate with me, locate parts and work to complete this job. I am having to resort to hiring a tow truck and taking the car to someone else to finish it. Since they moved locations and started doing fleet repair work their attention to the little guys who were their bread and butter has faded. I was a loyal customer of theirs for almost 15 years and unfortunately after their treatment of my vehicle and lack of effort to complete the ""two week"" job, my relationship with them is at an end. I now know how Tom Hanks' caracter felt in the movie ""The Money Pit.""
