BY FAR five stars for The Eagle Moving And Storage Crew !!!! From the customer service over the phone to the actual move my roommate and I had a great experience. The Crew made our stressful moving situation into a delightful Day !!
When we first called Eagle Moving And Storage to make our moving arrangements we were under the impression that we could stay an extra day at our apartment, therefore the fact that it was busy moving season (beginning of September) and we called only about a week in advance they could not accommodate us on our actual move out day September 1st but moving out a day later when their next available opening was would be able to work. The gentleman ( John ) on the phone was extremely polite, helpful, professional and informative as well as extremely honest!
With only a day in advance my roommate and I were informed by a landlord that we needed to be out of our apartment by 11AM September 1st. Extremely stressed out I called Eagle Moving And Storage to see if there was anything they could do to accommodate us any earlier by chance. The Guy on telephone was more than helpful and went completely out of her way to get the movers to our apartment as early as possible. After hi made some phone calls and arrangements I heard back from him within minutes where hi informed me that they would be there between 11:30 and 12:00. Although we were still stressed out about it not being as early as we preferred we took that time, not to worry tho because the movers showed up at our apartment at 10:30AM an hour early!!!
The three guys who moved us were extremely friendly and helpful. I have never seen anyone move such heavy and big stuff so quickly. They got right to work and did not stop until we were completely done. The total move ended up being 4 hours and coasted 356$. Which was a GREAT deal and well worth it!!! For three men to move a two bedroom fully furnished apartment into another one down the street is incredible!
The best part of the move was the movers. They were so friendly and funny. When the movers say to you ""you guys are awesome!!"" you know you are in good hands! They were extremely honest with us never once tried to take up any of our time or rip us off!!
