In March/April, 2011, I hired European Pavers Southwest Inc. (Phoenix) to install a new walkway and repair some sunken areas on my driveway and pathway to my front door. A few months later, one of the areas they repaired on the pathway ""resunk"" so I contacted the company. I have several complaints with this company.
First, I had problems from the get-go with getting my phone calls returned. Second, when someone came out to look at the ""problem"", they didn't ring the doorbell (I was at home) and show me what was wrong. They didn't even call me to let me know that they had come out! I had to find that out by calling them back a week later. When I asked why he didn't show me the problem, he said he was ""to busy"". Third, when I sent a letter to the president of the company, she didn't even acknowledge my letter.
I do not feel that European Pavers Southwest deserves anyone's business; they are not professional and do not treat their customers with dignity or respect. Please do not give them your hard earned $$$.
