Went with my friend to get his car worked on and boy that was an experience. Didn't even get up to the counter, just standing in line to be helped, and saw the most rude, disrespectful and mean person at the counter. Totally turned me off. This Cathy Dennison person who greats and checks out people has the biggest attitude I have ever seen. Not only to the customers does she talk and act like she doesn't have time to help, she is also this way with the employees that work there. We walked right out the door, didn't even wait to get help. Not going to a place where someone makes you feel like crap and then you want me to give you money. NOT. Get rid of Cathy and you might have a better shop !!
