This has been the absolute WORST place I have ever lived, and I've lived in college housing (which we all know what can be like). The community is appallingly trashy, and the apartments have paper-thin walls, are very cheaply built, and have horrible plumbing. Our apartment smelled of stale cigarette smoke, rotting garbage, and sewage when we moved in! I tried everything to get rid of it but, sadly, the stench never went away. The leasing staff is NOT friendly, honest, or helpful whatsoever, and probably have the lowest IQ's of anyone I have ever dealt with. It was very frustrating trying to discuss rental issues with the staff, as even they were not aware of the policies and requirements relating to Ardent Properties. I hope this helps those of you who are considering living at Sawmill Crossing located in ""Dublin"" (it is NOT located in Dublin); there are definitely better rentals throughout the Columbus area.
