If you truly love someone and they need to be placed in a nursing facility for a short time DO NOT enter them into the old Embassy, now Champion Rehab. The administrator lies about discharge dates, threatens patient and family member. The doctor affiliated does not listen to the patient stating they want to go home and when the patient vocalizes wish to go home she passes away within 14 hours. Even better, patient is found unresponsive & they don't contact family, wait to call for ambulance over 1/2 an hour. Facility should be shut down-we believed patient's had rights-THEY WERE VIOLATED here!!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!!! Oh,& no sympathy card-even a vet sends you one when your pet passes!!!!
