One of the biggest mistakes I made was to let Rathbun rent my house. They never return phone calls. They are very intimidating. Any repairs that come up are not reported to homeowner. (price). I've been with them for 2 months and have had nothing but grief. No one knows what's going on. If I ran my business like Rathbun I would have no customers. I would'nt recommend them to my worst enemy. The company is ran by incompentants boobs. The other person is right. You need to get a lawyer to inturprut what the contact means. I wished I never saw the commercial on T.V. Shame on k-gun 9 news to let these people advertise.
