I have brought my VW a number of times to Professional Auto Care, from NY inspections to mechanical problems. I am always impressed not only with how courteous and kind they are, but with the time they take to be sure I understand the issues my car may be having. Last time I went in for an exhaust issue, they were sure afterwards to show me the part that was causing the issue and explain it to me. I never am left wondering what was really wrong with my car and trust what they are telling me. I will continue to go to Professional Auto Care and recommend them to friends and family!
