I purchased a special order cake for a friends birthday!
When i came to pick it up I bought additional items totaling around $50.00. I asked how long the cake would last and was told one week in the fridge and probably two weeks if frozen. My friend put the cake in the freezer and then took it out to enjoy with friends a few days latter. I was out of State on Vacation and when i returned I was told that the cake was sour and spoiled. I went to Chrisy's to return the cake and ask for a credit to buy something else. The cake clearly had not been eaten and only a sliver was missing!
Chrisy was RUDE to me, she said she doesn't know where the cake has been and refused to give a credit. I did not want to argue so i said just throw it away and i will just buy some cookies with my money. She then tells me she will no longer serve me and that she is no longer comfortable with me shopping there. She told me to leave and never comeback. To me this is utterly disgusting disrespect. No one has ever spoken to me that way especially a business in which i had paid for a product and even agreed to have her just throw it away! WARNING!! Do not ever GO HERE! SHE IS NASTY, and her products are Mediocre at best! GOOGLE says Butter creme cakes can be frozen for MONTHS!
CHRISTY, I WILL TELL EVERY ONE WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! YOU DARE TO TREAT A CUSTOMER LIKE CRAP? EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK YOU WILL SEE THIS! MR. NEWMAN YOUR LANDLORD WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS!
