We had never used a travel agent and luckily found a great one with Michelle. She was so attentive from the very first phone call. She worked with our budget and provided her expertise in helping us plan our family vacation. It is so nice to have someone help instead of just booking online and not knowing much about the area we were visiting. She helped us select a great resort in Puerto Rico with an ocean view room.
