Making decisions on tile can be overwhelming (at least it was for me), but their helpful staff is good at walking you through the possibilities, and at exploring the pros and cons of each choice. I didn't walk in prepared to decide between four inch, 12 inch or 16 sq. inch tiles, and when confronted with the choices, couldn't make up my mind. Other places I've gone to, their staff stays silent, but at JB Floors they will explain the impact on space (is the room small or large, sunny or dark?), and otherwise describe how certain choices will affect the room. I was very grateful for that. Also, their selection is very good.
