I was impressed with the organization and management of this store. But when I let the staff know that the straw would be used in my garden as mulch, that was a good time for them to let me know it wasn't appropriate for such. The bale was so chock full of seeds, it was my gardening nightmare this season. For lack of disclosure on such a key point, when I let them know my needs, I give them a thumbs down.
