Big Tex replaced upstairs A/C 2 year ago and have several problems. It went out again earlier this summer and they replaced fan motor. It has gone out twice again since then. They were scheduled to come between 1-6 and never showed. I called and was told it would be following day. They called me later and said they had a tech out and didn't know when they could come. Despite the face that part was under warranty, I called another company who came that same day and were very reliable.
