I requested installation of air conditioning in my parent's home. Bob came to their home and answered all of their questions. The installation staff and the electrician also were very courteous and addressed any concerns they had regarding installation. The installation went quickly and in the time frame promised. Everything was cleaned up completely and the unit works very well. They truly enjoy the air conditioning on the hot days!
