She was previously licensed as Sally Lyn Gueulette when she was married to Karl Gueulette but her license was suspended for failure to pay fines. She previously worked at Regent Street Salon in Fair Oaks and the owner there sheilded her from exposure to State Board for over 30 years. This is a very dishonest person she defrauded her business partner while opening this salon for several thousand dollars.
