Company provides prompt next day services. A little on the pricy side, although they have the lowest house-call fee out there. Called GE and asked about the price on the part they are replacing, part costs $130, my total invoice from Famous is $300 after labor. However, I am a little stuck as Sears no longer services GE, and other people charge $70 to just come look. Overall, I'd give 4 stars, but get 10% off for a 5 star rating, so I'm trying to save the money. Overall, satisfied, but wish they could have done it for a little less.
