Shopping at the mall and saw Visible Changes and was suddenly reminded of how desperate I was to get my roots touched up. The only 2 people available were ""junior level"" girls which was a bit scary as you don't know how good/experiences they are. So I chose London only because of her unique name. I am here to tell you had the front desk not told me she was a ""junior"" I would have never known she was so professional and the color is so beautiful. I'm so glad I took a risk on this girl she is so talented and sweet. I get stopped everywhere by random strangers asking me, who does your color? I am passing her cards out to everyone - she is just that amazing. Thank you LONDON, I WILL BE BACK!!
