My shopping experience with Dynamite Tool Co. was awful! It makes me never want to shop online ever again. I purchased the wrong Lithium battery for our cordless weed eater. Not only are they charging me $25 to return it they are also charging me a 15% restocking fee on a $90 order. It has never been used! It DID NOT fit my weed eater. NO one even asked if they could help me choose the right battery for my weed eater. Their website states ""Returns requested for customer convenience MAY be subject to a 15% restocking charge."" Well, this has not been convenient. I still won't have what I need and it cost me almost $40 for nothing! I will never shop here again- I hope I have saved someone else the trouble.
