We hired Angeles Landscaping in April 2011 to cut the lawn and trim the edges every week on THURSDAY. They were constantly inconsistent with their days, often not showing up at all for weeks, then appearing suddenly with one excuse after another (ie; it was too hot and our grass did not grow, it rained too much that week, someone had to have surgery, and finally ending with a truck broke down). We were NEVER called to be informed of a no show, they simply did not come. We live in a town home subdivision and were citated twice by code enforcement for our grass getting too long. This is unacceptable seeing as though I had a lawn service that was supposed to be weekly. Between 6/30/2011 and 8/12/2011 they only showed up ONCE. I had to continually call them to get them to come back. I was finally told last night (after I called them again because they were a no show, and we have family coming in from out of town for the weekend and I needed the grass cut, it looked terrible), that they didn't care about my service and they had bigger jobs to do and they would be back NEXT week. I guess they didn't understand EVERY THURSDAY. When they did come, it was nothing to boast about, they missed spots on many occasions, including big patches in the middle of the lawn. We tried to be patient and to keep our business with a local small company to keep them in business, but in this case it just was not worth it. I do not EVER wish to see or hear from this company again. Please do not waste your time.
