Our Kenmore Washer was full of water and what were to do? We called Paul's and spoke with David. He was polite and clear in his knowledge. We made an appointment, arriving on-time our machine was repaired in short-order. One of our son's sock was stuck in the pump, we are most pleased with the service and not very pleased with our son.
