My child has been going here for more than a year. The teachers are sometimes good and sometimes bad, often seem like they aren't trained but just mothers who love kids and felt they could do this as an easy job.
My biggest issue with this facility is their occasional (once a week or so) selling of junk food at the front entrance. There's only one way in or out of the place and sell cup cakes and popcorn at that door. It puts parents in a bad situation as they either have to buy junk for their kids at dinner time or suffer crying and tantrums.
The administrators just chuckle as crying and screaming kids are forced out of the place by frustrated parents. Is it cute to see screaming kids? Why should parents be forced to either buy junk food just before dinner or have to suffer crying kids all the way home?
I have complained to the management about it but they have flatly said they wont move the popcorn/cupcake sales to the other side of the hall (simple and easy), that they must fund raise (really? It's not a parochial school and they're not exactly cheap). I've had enough of this place, the lackadaisical attitude of the staff, and their blowing off parent's concerns about junk food and upset, crying kids.
