Going to a new stylist or colorist for the first time is always scary for me. I tend to stick with the same person for long stretches of time; so going to someone I am unfamiliar with makes me very nervous. I rolled the dice and came up a winner when I made an appointment at the Visible Changes in the Galleria and was scheduled for color with Marcela. I told her what I wanted which was challenging since my hair was so dark and she explained the best way to get there (and the reasoning behind it!) and then implemented that plan. She really listens to the client and is very realistic about exactly what the results will look like - no unexpected surprises! I've been going to her ever since and don't plan on changing colorists ANY time soon!
