Called on Friday, August 26...at 4:50 p.m. They said they would come out and take a look. Mark arrived within the hour, had the part on his truck and made the repair! Notice the date....Friday before hurricane Irene came ashore... The price was very fair, and Mark was very professional and pleasant. We were talking after, and how often do you call to have something done and it turns into a big hassle? Not with this company. We WILL use them again...this was the second time they've come to our rescue.
