I have had my dog groomed here about 7 or 8 times and am always very happy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have called a few times at the very last minute and they have always squeezed me in, even on days they are booked. They are always honest and upfront about how long it is going to take. On days they squeezed me in, my dog was there for close to 3 hours but they always let me know that ahead of time, which I like because it gives me a chance to plan my day and run some errands while I wait.
The haircuts are always very cute and even. My Yorkie has a tendency to be a little nervous and hyper during grooming (so I have been told by other groomers) but they have never complained about him or made a fuss. My dog is not scared to be dropped off there and I feel he is in good hands.
In summary - You can expect good haircuts, friendly staff that likes animals and tries to accommodate their owners, fair prices. I would definitely recommend the Groom room to a friend!
