I want to give this place a zero. I went to open up a PO Box there today and I had called ahead to double check the forms of I.D. I wanted to use my driver's license and my W-2 form. The clerk on the phone told me the W-2 form should be acceptable form of i.d. Unfortunately, when I got there another clerk had said it was not and turned me away. I also noticed that he was in such a hurry to leave his station there and did not properly take care of the situation. I suppose his shift was over.
