I can only agree with the post here. I bought a used Subaru on 6/25/2011 for my college student son. We paid $3600 and had to spend $4000 in repairs, including a new engine! And, I have yet to receive the license plates for the vehicle; dealer plates expire this coming Wednesday. Three calls, all polite, have yielded no results. Calls made today go straight to voice mail. My next call will be on Monday to the DA's office. While I had begun to think they were merely incompetent I now believe they are dishonest. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Family Motors! If no stars were an option I would have chosen that.
