Wanted to look at the wigs for my mom. Walked in at 12:30pm on Saturday, the place is empty. They tell me that I need to make an appointment. This is fine not big deal but then the owner continued that their wigs are expensive, you can not try them unless you buy it etc etc. What is she was trying to tell me I cannot afford it so get out of the store!!??? I work for fortune 100 company, have graduate degree and make good money. If I wanted to buy $50 wig I would just order it online. I wanted quality wig for my mom , this is the reason we stopped by specialty store. Horrible customer service and attitude!!!!! If you value good customer service go somewhere else. more
