This was my first experience with Fireside Designs and I thought from the sales to installation, everything was excellent. I am thoroughly satisfied.
I was new to both the store and the product. I thought that the salesperson was not pushy at all and was very informative. He worked with me to find the right product to fit my needs. I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but they tested it at the store, so I know it will work just fine. I also thought that the installers were very professional and friendly.
My whole experience was outstanding! I think it's pretty unusual to receive customer service that good!
