The company took over two months to ship my order... I cancelled it after about six weeks but they sent it anyways and refuse to refund my money. I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone and the person on live chat was horrendously rude and wouldn't give me the name of a manager or anyone who might be of service. When I did open my shipment, it wasn't even the right helmet. I've file my first complaint ever with the Better Business Bureau.
