This is the second time I have had the Oops team out and the secnd time I have been thoroughly pleased, so I must share. Doug is absolutely great - it is an absolute pleasure to have him in my home. What a great job!! I admit it can be a little unnerving to have a stranger/s in your home, and in this day and age you can't be too careful. It is so wonderful to have such a pleasant, professional and trustworthy young man - and then to have your carpet look brand new!! Amazing and I highly recommend.
