Steer clear of Morris Management. The property managers like MICHELE RICHARDSON for example, *Target* individuals for maintaining the *Common Area* around their unit and forbid any planting except by *Permission* only by sending you a CEASE & DESIST ORDER and going by 1979 rules & reg's that are archaic and in NEED of updating, treating you as if you were a child being punished for adding value to the property and all at YOUR expense. And instead of thanking you and offering to reimburse you for the hundreds of dollars you added just this year alone, and even encouraged by former board members of the EVA community, they even threaten to FINE you!
