I called Balloon Express to order a balloon bouquet for my three-year-old nephew, to be delivered the next day.
The balloons were a big hit!!
My nephew received a bouquet of five mylar balloons-- one Thomas the Train, one Bob the Builder, a smiley face, a congratulations, and a red star. He is beyond thrilled, and said he has never had such pretty balloons! The balloons also were delivered on time, and I thought it was a good value for the price.
