I agree. I had the same experience with a computer I had purchased from there a few years back. It crashed about a year into it, I took it in, paid what was needed for the service. Took nearly a month to get it back. When I finally got it home, I turned it on and turns out NOTHING WAS DONE! I go back to the store, tell them whats going on, and they blamed it on me. I must have downloaded a virus as soon as I plugged it in. They wanted to charge me again for a second service repair. After some arguing with the employees and managers (which by the way should instead be flipping burgers at a McDonalds down the street) they agreed to do the service for free.
