My family and I were at Provence after we sold our home and were waiting for our new home to be built and were there for about 8 months. From the very start our experience at Provence was already going down hill. From rude staff to mold in our apartment, we had issue after issue and a real lack of urgency from the people that worked there to fix our problems. Additionally you pay a premium for such things as security gates that never work, dog poo that's isn't cleaned up and had our apartment flooded by neighbors twice. All and all a very unpleasant experience that my family and I are happy to have behind us.
