I waited for 14 minutes until an associate ""Aaron"" finally answered. He said he was transferring me to the department I needed except the phone rang over twenty times. Finally I hung up and redialed. That time I waited 22 min. I never was able to reach anyone. I guess I'm the idiot for waiting for so long. I'll go to Target instead.
