we purchased our first Honda here in 2006. So far the service over the years has been marginal at best. We have the extended warranty which we have used on several occasions.Right now the stereo is out and we are waiting for parts. Par for the course: I have left 3 messages and called the operator once in the last 24hrs and have not heard back from the service dept. Since we have the warranty, I take it to Honda for warranty work. I can honestly say, I dont think these guys really care about the customers. If you dont have a Honda warranty, I would suggest you find a qualified local auto shop with some good mechanics to fix your Honda. I wouldnt take my Gardena Honda for regular service....ever!
