Always straight forward and honest. They work on my 71 super beetle. I am no idiot; I can spot poor work and I have high standards. These guys do a nice job. Remember, they are human. Just make sure you write down what you want or they forget some things. Nice guys who won't do unrequested or high cost repairs without checking with you.
Thank goodness they keep this thing going, or I would be up a creek.
