This company laid our floor incorrectly. To our surprise when we arrived back home after they finished. We let them know before they finished with the grout that it was not laid properly. They told us it wasn't their mistake, even after their install guy admitted to us that he didn't know how to lay it the way we wanted it. We were not made aware of that up front, because we were told we would get what we wanted. They told us it was our fault and they were not willing to fix it. Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I would definitely look elsewhere!
