My Interstate Battery failed while it was under warranty.
They are an Interstate Battery retailer.
But when I went there to get the battery replaced under warranty they said they would not do it unless I first paid for ""an Electrical System Check"" for $75.
As far as I'm concerned, that's fraud.
They cannot force a customer to pay for an unnecessary procedure before they fulfill their commitment to honor the Warranty on the product they sell.
Interstate should stop this fraud and cut them off from selling their batteries if Bosone is not going to honor the Warranty. I would never go there again.
