We first signed up for CLM with a ""Web Special"" for $36 every billing cycle. All was well until the VERY FIRST BILL arrived which was way higher. I called thinking it was an oversight only to get a nasty lady on the phone who acted like I was ripping the company off ""There ain't no such thang as a web special"" she said. I then provided a reference number (which luckily I saved) and she said ""we'll make the exception this time""....confused I tried to clarify saying simply ""you mean to tell me the web special was for 1 billing period only?"" to which she replied ""I told you sir, there aint no such thang as a web special, OK?"" All of the people that are unemployed and this lady still has her job? In customer ""service"" no less? I'd be fired on the spot.
From my experience, these people are literally and figuratively trashy! I would suggest looking elsewhere for ""REAL"" trash service.
