I have dealt with these people for over 2 years. my experience with maintenance and front desk staff has not been a positive one. Maintenance requests have not been handled in a timely manner (even when it's an urgent matter like being able to use the toilet) and front desk staff has been consistently rude (specifically Sonia). Good luck getting a hold of someone in maintenance and there's no way to confirm if they even got your message.
