i had a major issue with my graphics cards in my laptop and Dell was useless. I called Tech Shield since they were local and was pleasantly surprised with their professionalism.
A quick service call later and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue (my cards were fried, apparently a known issue with this model) and a replacement was needed!!. They got the replacements in their quickly and handled the entire situation.
The tech was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained the issue to me in a way that didn't make me feel like an idiot like the other phone based supports.Its really good to know they can provide phone support plus be able to come to your house to fix the issues.I'm skipping Dell in the future and just calling Tech Shield.
