Worst customer service ever. Two times I have made appointments only to get there and NO ONE was there do the service requested. First time a made an appt to have my nails done and the girl that does them was not even scheduled to work that day. Then the front desk girl was RUDE did I say RUDE? I mean RUDE and denied talking to me and said she was not the one who made the appt. but funny thing she greated me and acknowledged my name on the books. I had to ask why I was not being called back, then I was finally told the truth that no one was there to do it. Then when I made an appt for my massage, same thing. Got there 10 min early, was acknowledged that my appt was on the books. Finally after waiting 15 minutes, I HAD TO ASK , no one informed me, then I was told no one was there to perform the service. All they do is text and stand around and talk to each other! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever, I WILL NEVER GO BACK or reccommend this unprofessional place to anyone!
